Hope Clinic


Hope Clinic keeps the residents in our Life Recovery Program healthy through a well-rounded program of free medical, chiropractic and dental care provided by volunteer medical professionals. Our overnight Crisis guests, others in the community and staff receive quality care as well.

Once your registration is processed, you will be contacted by our Volunteer Supervisor. This opportunity requires an additional conversation with our Clinic Supervisor, Nurse Jenn. She will contact you concerning your availability and our needs.

Qualifications for this opportunity:

  • The volunteer must have a valid medical license or certification related to the field s/he practices and provides services. 
  • Students must be accompanied by a preceptor.  
  • Current needs: Doctors, Nurses, Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Pharmacists, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and others.

Parking & Entrance:

  • Weekday(s): During our office hours (8:00am-4:30pm), you may park in the lot directly across the street from our front door – 715 W State St – and check in with our receptionist. 
  • Entrance: Front door - 715 W State St

    Check-In/Out: Please Check-In and Check-Out by using the tablet/computer on the front desk.


Important Information: 

  • Attire: Please wear modest clothing, including closed-toe shoes, long pants, no crop tops, and shirts with sleeves. Leggings are to be worn ONLY with dresses or long shirts that cover the buttocks. 
  • Personal Interaction: Always offer a smile and hello! Use discernment. Do not exchange any personal information.
  • Gifts: Do NOT exchange money or gifts with anyone.
  • Photography and videography: You are more than welcome to take photos of our buildings and your volunteer group, but other photographs/videos are only permitted by staff members.
  • Cell phones: Please refrain from using your cell phone while volunteering as this can distract other volunteers and staff. If you need to use the phone, let the staff know and they will direct you to another area. Please do not wear earbuds or headphones during your volunteer time. 
  • Personal belongings: Please leave belongings in a locked vehicle and out of sight. The Mission is not responsible for lost or stolen property. 
  • Be Flexible: We ask that you come to your scheduled volunteer time with a willingness to serve even if your opportunity does not go as anticipated.
